Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to findik (the "app"), an internal tool owned and operated by Ömer Genç. The app runs only on Ömer Genç's own computer and is used only by Ömer Genç to manage and report on the Google advertising and analytics accounts of clients who have granted access. It is not a public product, it is not sold, and no other users sign in to it.

Google user data the app accesses

With the client's explicit permission, and only for accounts the client has shared with Ömer Genç's Google account, the app accesses the following data through Google APIs:

  • Google Ads API: account and campaign data, campaign settings, keywords and negative keywords, conversion actions, and campaign performance reports.
  • Google Analytics Admin API and Data API: property and account settings, key events, custom dimensions, and aggregated analytics reports.
  • Google Tag Manager API: accounts, containers, workspaces, tags, triggers, variables and container versions.
  • Google Search Console API: verified site list, search performance reports, sitemaps, and URL inspection results.

The app also receives an OAuth access token and refresh token so it can call these APIs on Ömer Genç's behalf.

The app does not access Gmail or any email content, contacts, Google Drive files, calendar, photos, or any other personal Google account data.

How the data is used

Data received from Google APIs is used only to manage and report on the accounts of the client who granted access — for example, adjusting campaign settings, maintaining keyword lists, setting up conversion tracking, publishing tag configurations, submitting sitemaps and preparing performance reports for that client.

The data is not used for advertising, for building user profiles, for training machine learning or AI models, or for any purpose unrelated to managing that client's own accounts. Data from one client's account is never used for another client.

How the data is stored

  • OAuth tokens and report outputs are stored only on Ömer Genç's own computer.
  • They are not uploaded to any server and are not kept in any database.
  • The computer is password-protected and the files are accessible only to Ömer Genç.
  • Report outputs are kept only as long as they are needed for the client relationship and are deleted when they are no longer needed or when the client asks.

How the data is shared

Data received from Google APIs is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties. The only exception is that a report built from a client's own account data may be delivered to that same client.

No one other than Ömer Genç reads this data, unless the client asks for it (for example, to review their own report), it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.

Google API Services User Data Policy

findik's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How to revoke access and request deletion

  • The authorizing Google account can remove the app's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • A client can remove Ömer Genç's access at any time from the user/access management settings of their own Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Google Search Console account. Once access is removed, the app can no longer read or change that account.
  • To request deletion of any stored tokens or report outputs related to your accounts, email omergnc1@gmail.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
