Terms of Service
Scope
findik is an internal tool owned and operated by Ömer Genç. It is used only by Ömer Genç, on Ömer Genç's own computer, to manage and report on the Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console accounts of clients. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else, and no other users can sign in to it.
Client permission
The tool is used only with accounts whose owners have given Ömer Genç explicit access from inside their own Google accounts. Clients can remove that access at any time, after which the tool can no longer read or change their accounts.
Data
How data from Google APIs is accessed, used, stored and shared is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The tool is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Ömer Genç is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Any separate service agreement between Ömer Genç and a client takes precedence over these terms for that client.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
